Overview
The Ford F-150 Lightning brings the capability and toughness of the F-150 into the electric era. Built with dual electric motors producing instant torque, a massive front trunk (frunk), and the ability to power your home during an outage, the Lightning redefines what an electric truck can do.
Two battery options are available: a standard-range battery delivering approximately 240 miles of range, and an extended-range battery pushing that to approximately 320 miles. Both options deliver exhilarating acceleration, with the extended-range model hitting 0-60 mph in around 4 seconds. The intelligent range system helps manage energy based on driving conditions, weather, and payload.
The Lightning maintains full F-150 capability with up to 10,000 pounds of towing capacity and the same bed dimensions and cab configurations that F-150 buyers expect. The Mega Power Frunk adds 14.1 cubic feet of lockable, weatherproof storage up front, complete with four electrical outlets and a drain plug for use as a cooler.
